Jonathan Schaupp
Managing Partner/EMT
Jonathan is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served as a medic and later worked as a firefighter, bringing over 10 years of EMS experience to the field. He is a state-certified EMT and holds his OSHA 510 certification. For the past five years, he has specialized in on-site medical services, combining his background in emergency response, business, and team leadership to support clients through First Response Health & Safety.
Ernesto Gallo
Managing Partner/Paramedic
Ernesto brings over 8 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), with 4 years as an EMT and 4 years as a Paramedic. He holds both national and state paramedic certifications and is also a former firefighter. In addition, Ernesto has completed OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications, strengthening his expertise in workplace safety standards.
Through his career in frontline emergency response, Ernesto discovered a strong passion for occupational health and safety. Today, he applies that same dedication to protecting workers and fostering safer job environments, combining his clinical background with a proactive approach to risk prevention and compliance.
Joseph Thompson
Operations Manager/EMT
Bringing over a decade of combined EMS and construction experience, Joseph began as an EMT in New York City’s 911 system before advancing into medical and safety leadership for Fortune 500 companies on major projects across New York City, Philadelphia, and the Mid-Atlantic region. His background spans commercial high-rises, medical facilities, mission-critical data centers, disaster relief projects, and large-scale public attractions, giving him a unique ability to blend field-level expertise with strategic leadership to ensure safer, healthier, and more productive worksites.
